    I had small turnips from the garden, so made this again with modifications; used julienned turnips for the cucumber, tuna instead of salmon since that’s what I had, topped with dill from the garden and my own kale gomasio blend. Spicy and delicious. Also good with barley and carrots sliced paper thin on the mandoline.

    Really good, very easy recipe that uses cucumbers from the late summer garden. I also adjusted the sriracha to taste and used a bit more cucumber. Edited to add: I just tried this with julienned small raw turnips from the garden and it worked well. Used the mandolin to get it quite fine.

    Super quick and easy pantry meal. More an idea than a recipe, but a good one that can easily be adjusted to your taste and appetite. For me that meant a little less sriracha and a lot more vegetables.
