This recipe appears in the book as a variation of “Crunch wrap with jackfruit & vegan queso”. Can substitute sunflower oil for safflower oil; a combination of smoked paprika and sweet paprika for smoked paprika; and taco seasoning or the "Enchilada seasoning mix" recipe on p.43 for chili powder.
