Can substitute frozen raspberries for raspberries, and frozen mangoes for mangoes.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

This makes two very generous servings. Could stretch to four if you topped with fresh fruit. Extremely easy and very nice. A good healthy option if you’re trying to avoid added sugar and lots of fiber for gut health.
