Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Really enjoyed this, especially as leftovers. Light, refresing, tangy - perfect if you're having something rich or heavy alongside. We had this with the hushpuppies & smoked fish dip. The texture could be smoother but that's a blender issue.
