    Can substitute dried noodles for vermicelli rice noodles, and garlic granules for garlic powder.

    We used dried egg noodles. I needed to add a bit more soy sauce so the noodles wouldn't be too dry. I omitted chili powder because we were eating with kids. We all enjoyed this dish.
