Can substitute vegetable oil for coconut oil, white wine vinegar for apple cider vinegar, parchment paper for banana leaves, coconut vinegar for apple cider vinegar, yellow banana peppers for Turkish green peppers, and can use the Sri Lankan curry powder on page 21.
