    Served with lamb burgers for Mother's Day. I made a few hours in advance and let sit at room temperature - not recommended. What looked like a bright fresh salad when first finished turned dark and muddy - probably the dried mint, olives and red onions. Flavor was good - definitely recommend the sumac, dried mint and Aleppo additions. Good dish - just not very attractive after it sits.
