Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Soak dried lady peas overnight. You may use the Ham stock recipe on p. 52.

    I think there's an error in the ingredients list. It calls for three cups of either dried or fresh lady peas. I soaked one cup of lady peas with the intent of reducing the recipe and wound up with three cups of peas after they reconstituted. Perhaps this should be 1 cup of dried or three cups of fresh lady peas
