    Use 2 c. garbanzo (chickpea) liquid + 2 c. homemade chicken stock; add parmesan rind; used baby spinach; garnish w/ parsley & parm; used orzo, not macaroni. BETTER THE NEXT DAY. Great pantry dish. 4 large + 1 small portion.
