Agrodolce acorn squash from Milk Street: Cook What You Have: Make a Meal Out of Almost Anything (page 123) by Christopher Kimball

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Didn’t have the almonds. Used balsamic vinegar. I used an acorn like squash from my CSA and the skins were very thick so we had to scrape the flesh off to eat it. Overall a good flavor My squash were smaller in size. Cooked at 425 dgr and it wanted to burn the glaze so needed to watch closely.
