    The rub on these was quite nice and the top sirloin was good in this kebab style application. I left out the tomatoes and added a bit of water to the chimichurri to loosen. Overall nice bright flavours and a tasty dinner. At 8 minutes mine were medium rare so I would say 7 to 8 max on my grill is good.
