Can substitute spinach, pea shoots, or other greens for sweet potato greens. You may use the Crispy fried shallots & shallot oil recipe on p. 302.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Delicious and simple side dish. Very easy to make. Worked well with broccolini. Can even use store bought fried onions for a shortcut.
