    Decrease salt to 1/4 tsp fine sea salt (sub for kosher salt) and add to taste. Instead of using a mixer as directed, I used a mini-processor which chopped the parsley so finely that it turned the cheese/butter spread green (note: remember this for St Patrick's Day!!!). Next time, I'll still use the processor but without the parsley, instead sprinkling it over the top of the bread before baking.
