    Made with no tofu Cooked 1/2 cup black eyed peas, cooked in salted water Used shredded kale from TJ's that I chopped even finer Cooked 20 min @ 350, another 20 min @ 375 Didn't hold together well (no binder), plus flavor not super exciting (not as good as Steve's Whole Foods bean burgers)
