    Excellent - obviously I skipped parsnips and I also used plain yogurt for biscuits

    Well this was darn tasty!!! The biscuit dough topping came out light, fluffy and perfect. My vegetable mixture was fairly thick going into the oven but a bit runny coming out. That may have been my fault for a recipe modification of adding chopped zucchini in with the peas and corn during last steps. Might have added too much water content for that stage. Would add earlier with potatoes, etc next time. Flavor was spot on though. This is definitely a keeper recipe.
