    Such an easy and delicious dinner. The sauce is a must! Had to put tray under broiler to give the sausage some color. Served with focaccia which was perfect to soak up extra sauce. Don’t line pan with foil or parchment …. Placing vegetables directly on pan caramelizes them nicely.
