    I had 1 1/4 cups pumpkin to use up, so I reduced the applesauce to 1/4 cup. As suggested, I used part white whole wheat flour. Baking time was 75 min, maybe because my cranberries were frozen. There was a slight gummy layer at the bottom, but otherwise the texture was good. Not too sweet with lots of cranberries (could use less), this was a nice breakfast bread.
