Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    This is fabulous -we call it our 'Hobbit Stew" The things I did differently are added 2 bay leaves and added some beef bouillon to the water when I mixed it all up before pouring over the vegetables and beef. I had some shallots from the garden that I added to it; plus a little celery I had left in the fridge. I added a Tablespoon cornstarch and water at the end to thicken it up into that wonderful stew broth.
