Can substitute chouriço sausages for linguiça sausages, prosciutto or smoked bacon for smoked ham, green bell pepper for red bell pepper, Hungarian paprika for Spanish paprika, chicken stock for bottled clam juice, and Cherrystone clams or mussels for little neck clams.
