Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I tried to re-create my Iraqi dad's chicken curry and this came pretty close. The recipe leaves a lot to interpretation. I used a bone-in chicken breast, seared it first with the onions, then cooked everything in the slow-cooker. I took the chicken breast out once it had reached temp and covered it in foil. The recipe didn't have liquid so I used 4 cups of chicken broth. Spices were a mix of baharat and yellow curry powder.
