Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

I used green lentils rather than puy, 1/3 pack streaky bacon and a 500ml ready made chicken stock with 250ml water. I used black pudding and apple pork sausages and it was delicious but needed extra time in the oven. I adjusted the temp to 180 for fan and after 40 mins the lentils still had too much bite so I popped the lid on and turned the temp down to 160 and gave it another 20 minutes. This was perfect, the lentils and veg were lovely and soft and sausages delicious! One to make again but adding the ready made stock would have made it too salty for my 4 year old so next time I'll use homemade stock or a low salt stock cube.
