    Allow to marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight. Can substitute water for chicken stock.

    fabulous curry. The roasted curry powder makes it - complex, layered, nutty flavour - absolutely delicious. Will be making frequently! One note for those like my husband, who don't like 'bits' in their curry (but I love), it uses whole spices - so fishing them out before serving ends up being necessary...
