    Pleasant enough. I used Merquen pepper flakes for a hint of smokiness. I did think it needed more flavor still. It was too thick as written, some chicken broth instead of the suggested water would be good. I grilled my red peppers instead of roasting them and I skinned them before adding them to the soup. Maybe would make again but would boost the complexity with some spices/herbs etc
