Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    We were so impressed with this recipe. It made a lovely, deep and flavourful bolognese - not entirely expected from the list of ingredients. Just goes to show how magnificent vegetables can be! Our only small complaint is that it needed a bit more texture - could be easy to remedy with a few toasted walnuts. I didn't add the second 50 ml of olive oil, I'm sure it would have made the sauce even more luscious and delicious but it was still lovely without it.
