Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Accompaniments: Braised pork with gravy (Tooshonoye myaso s kartoshkoy); Braised cabbage and chicken (Tushonaya kapusta s kuretsoy); Pork meatballs in tomato sauce (Tefteli v tomatnom souce)

    These mashed potatoes are a little bit different and very good. I was worried the onions wouldn't completely dissolve but they did. This was good with the braised pork from the same book.
