Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    Always delicious! I always do this chicken salad when mango is in season and it is always good and easy to make.

    Very, very good. Ate it with Naan and also on top of sliced apples.

    This was a nice recipe, I made it to go with jacket potatoes and a side salad. I omitted the celery since my partner is not a fan, and used cucumber instead. Something is definitely necessary for a bit of crunch. I think overall there was too much mayo, next time I'd use less or maybe sub some with creme fraiche or natural yoghurt. I wouldn't rush to make this again, but we did enjoy it.
