    This was delicious, as well as easy and quick. I did it in my Ninja with the bake/roast function: even at a slightly lower temperature it cooked quicker than expected and I cut the cooking time short to avoid it going from crispy/charred at the edges to burnt. The tahini dressing was delicious. I think this would be served best "warm" rather than hot or cold.
