Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I didn't have enough potatoes, so I filled out with some carrots. In fact, the potatoes didn't cook through properly and certainly didn't go crispy, I think because the chicken was sitting on top of them - I appreciate the one pan method, but I did miss the crispiness on the potatoes. I really liked the lemony notes in the dish, but found it a bit oily overall and also I felt the flavours didn't penetrate the chicken enough - maybe it would have been nice to leave it to marinate a bit first.
