Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    These tasted great, a lovely combination of ingredients. However I had an issue with them a) coming together into coherent balls and b) cooking. I added a little bit of water to try to help form the balls, which helped but they were still quite loose. But in deep frying, they completely fell apart - having researched online I think it might well be because my oil was too hot or too cold (I was very lax and didn't check the temperature). I will try this recipe again and bake them in the oven.
