Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This is very easy and delicious. I just cut up butternut squash or sweet potato very small since I didn't have a spiralizer. You really don't taste the potato, just so you know, since my husband poo-poos food with that in it. It's very comforting.

    I loved that this was a healthy recipe and how easy it was to prepare. In terms of the result, I would categorise it as "quite nice for something healthy" ;-). I served with liberal amounts of sour cream and more mozzarella than was recommended, and would definitely see these as essential additions. I think if I made it again I would use less corn as this was a bit overpowering (I couldn't really taste the sweet potato at all) and maybe add some chicken.
