Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was far too sweet for us. It would have been much better with a good splash of dry white wine and no brown sugar. I put some lovely sausages on top before I put the lid on to allow it to simmer. Even they didn't help the sweetness. Do check your liquid level because I had to add some water to keep it from sticking
