Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Should be listed under drinks as well. I made a half quantity. Really good - much simpler than the version I have made before but very nice colour and flavour after only half an hour, so I wouldn't do the whole day version again. Used most of it for the pears poached in sorrel syrup elsewhere in the book.
