    I have mixed feelings about these, mainly because of my own failings. As promised the dough comes together easily and rolls, re-rolls beautifully, has a crisp texture you want and the hint of salt cuts the sweetness. On a hot and humid day you need to give the dough some chilling or it’s just too soft. I’ll try again for Christmas in July. I didn’t try Nagi’s icing and used a store bought one, won’t do that again.
