    Made both the spinach and lamb fillings and divided the dough into 4 rather than 2. Would recommend adding some grated zucchini to the spinach filling for some extra veggies!

    A lot easier than I thought it would be, sadly I messed up by overcooking these, they probably only needed 12 minutes (note for next time) I made the spinach topping and the lamb and both were spot on flavour wise. I really want to try the Sajuk topping
