    Not a fan of raw broccoli. Having said that, I really liked this salad and so did my husband. I marinated the salad for about 3 hours. The marinade imparts a lot of flavor and tames the sulfer taste of the broccoli and the sharpness of the garlic. Don't be tempted to use less garlic; it's not too much.
