    I didn’t have much broccoli so I steam some carrots too. Loved this

    Simple and a good way to clean out the fridge adding extra veg if you want

    This was good - very easy! I would not add as much water as by the time it thickened up, the broccoli was a bit mushy. I probably would only pre-cook the broccoli for 2, rather than 3, minutes. We added chili oil at the table for some extra oooompf, otherwise it was ultra mild. I will tinker with this recipe.
