    This was very good and well liked. I used light coconut milk which I think made it too soupy. I also used chicken broth, spinach and baby Bella mushrooms instead of fish broth and bell pepper. I should have cut back on the chicken broth because of the light coconut broth. Very tasty dish. Cumin is very pronounced but good.
