Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I am new to sourdough. This is my first crack at a sourdough loaf and I am not unhappy with it. I did unfortunately cook the second loaf a bit too long and burnt the crust. I definitely had a timer on so not sure why the second one over cooked. Anyway, will make this recipe again.
