    Nice version of the meatballs, though sometimes I only use a pinch of sugar as one kids doesn't like meat and sweet. Great with rice noodles with herbs and veg, or in a baguette for a quickie banh MI.

    A delicious and relatively easy version of this dish. Make a variety of the crunchy and pickled sides and lots of whatever fresh green herbs you have to add on top.
