    Can substitute beef brisket or gravy beef for beef chuck, and additional beef broth for red wine.

    Made this in the Instant Pot slow cooker on low. Felt there was too much liquid. Recipe calls for 2 cups of red wine and to reduce beef stock to 2 cups. Would cut down the red wine to 1.5 cups next time and would also add more Worcestershire sauce. Overall a good meal which fed 6 people with enough leftovers to make 4 meat pies.
