    I made 1/2 recipe, but using relatively more chicken and vegetables, for a heartier dinner for one. My noodles were TJ's squiggle cut, which are thicker and required several minutes longer to cook, but otherwise the one-pot method worked and this quick, easy dish was quite tasty.
