    Can substitute canned corn blended with flour for canned creamed corn.

    We loved this! Doubled the batch for Thanksgiving, but did not double the sour cream, butter, or sugar. Used a 9x13 inch metal baking pan and had to add an additional 10 minutes or so of cooking time. Lightly sweet and not dry.
