    Would you believe I have this beautiful book and have never made anything from it? Unacceptable in this household. And Paula Wolfert too! Well, I have spinach stems left over from the Nigel Slater Greenfeast recipe I made the other day (divine), so I am using this recipe with the suggested Pine nut tarator on P20. Pine nuts go exceptionally well with spinach stalks so this should be a great dish. UPDATE: easily made, and delicious.
