    Can substitute unsalted butter for ghee, and neutral oil of your choice for vegetable oil. See recipe for a vegetarian variation. Marinate chicken 20 minutes to overnight.

    I had problems with this (totally user error). After lovingly frying onions and chopping coriander I forgot to put them in before topping the chicken with the rice. It also wasn’t as yellow as Nagi’s but in spite of all that, it was delicious and worth a repeat
