Made this using pad thai-type rice noodles and all GF sauces. Added a T of oyster sauce and some sambal oolek. Subbed in red pepper for part of the broccoli and the beef was a generous pound. After cooking, it was still flat - a bit more soy sauce and some sriracha perked it up and it was tasty and easy.
