    Subbed peanuts for cashews. The spice rub on the sweet potatoes is very nice. My lemon was quite large so I only used half in the dressing. I do think she calls for quite a bit of garlic powder which seemed a bit excessive. I enjoyed the pomegranate molasses in the dressing. Easy salad.
