    Amazing for a fall night. Easier than scalloped potatoes but just as delicious and hearty.

    The benefit of this recipe is that it does cook a lot faster than the traditional potato bake where the potatoes are thinly sliced and layered in the dish. I've made this several times and the taste is good, but I do still prefer the traditional sliced and layered potato bakes.
