Can substitute balsamic vinegar for Chinese black vinegar, miso mixed with Sriracha for chilli bean sauce, and hoisin sauce for sweet bean sauce. See recipe for noodle suggestions.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

My family loved this and it was super quick and easy. I only had 600 g noodles, which was just enough for the 3 of us, but we wouldn't have minded more. Ground turkey worked well in place of pork. As suggested, I used hoisin instead of sweet bean sauce. We skipped the cucumbers and had choy sum on the side, which was also really good mixed in.
