    Can substitute canned crushed tomatoes or canned tomato puree for tomato passata, and water for chicken broth.

    Another winner from Nagi. Just perfect for an easy economical weeknight dinner. My rice took about 25 minutes which was longer than the 18 minutes suggested but I used Basmati so not sure if that made a difference. It’s perfect for feeding hungry men.
