    Marinate chicken 4-24 hours. Can substitute lemons for limes, and chillies of your choice for Scotch bonnet chillies.

    Both were delicious. I marinated for 6 hours with lime juice and couple of dried home grown red chiles, cooked on the grill, served with Jamaica slaw from the same site. The entire meal will be repeated sometime this summer.
